Will Hodges
Registered Clinical Counsellor, MA Counselling Psychology
Hi, I'm Will, a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
I believe that healing happens through relationships. My priority is to create a space where you feel genuinely safe, understood, and accepted—because it's within a trusting therapeutic relationship that we can begin to make sense of painful experiences and move toward lasting change.
I work primarily with adults who are navigating the effects of trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, addiction, and other difficult life experiences. I have a particular passion for supporting survivors of trauma who carry the weight of overwhelming experiences.
Whether you're seeking healing from past wounds or simply looking for a place where you can be fully yourself, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you in that process.
What is it like to work with me?
My approach is grounded in warmth, empathy, and curiosity. I'll meet you where you are with compassion, while also gently challenging the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we'll explore not only what has happened to you, but how those experiences continue to shape the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.
Who do I work with?
I work with adults who are navigating:
Trauma
Grief
Anxiety
Depression
Addiction
Difficult life experiences.
I have a particular passion for supporting survivors of trauma who carry the weight of overwhelming experiences.
Which modalities do I use?
My work is informed by person-centred, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Gestalt approaches.
Rather than applying one method to everyone, I tailor therapy to your unique experiences and goals, helping you reconnect with your strengths, process what has been carried for too long, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
